تحريرُ المقال فيما أَورده إمامُ الحرمين من دعاوَى على الإمامِ أبي حنيفة من خلال كتاب البرهان Editing The Article According To What Was Mentioned By The Imam Of The Two Holy Mosques From Claims Against Imam Abu Hanifa Through The Book Al-Burhan

  إنَّ الاختلافَ الأصولي والفقهي واقعٌ بين المذاهبِ المتبوعةِ، ويبعدُ اتفاقُ أقوالِ مذهبٍ مع مذهب آخر في جميعِ المسائل أو غالبِها، ولذا فالمذاهبُ تختلفُ بحسب قربِهَا أو بُعدِها مِن الصوابِ في المسائلِ بناء على النظر الصحيح في الدليل، أو إذا كان الدليل يحتمل وجوها من التأويل الصحيح فالخلاف سائغ ومعتبر، وقد أورد إمام الحرمين دَعاوَى من خلال كتابه البرهان شدَّد فيها النَّكيرَ على الإمام أبي حنيفةَ، وهي في الحقيقة مواضع جديرة بالدراسة والتحرير، مع الالتزام بالحيادية في الطَرْح بغية الوصول إلى الصواب.
 وقد اشتمل هذا البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد، وستة مطالب، وخاتمة.
     ولعل الهدف المنشود من هذا البحث يتحقق في الوفاء بحق الأئمة المتبوعين، وذلك برفع الملام عن الأئمة الأعلام، مع بذل الجُهد-بمعونة الله تعالى- في تحرير تلك القضايا وصولا إلى الصواب، سواء أكان مع إمام الحرمين أم مع الإمام أبي حنيفة.
       Fundamental and jurisprudential disagreement exists between the schools of thought that are followed, and it is unlikely that the statements of one school of thought agree with another school of thought on all or most of the issues. Therefore, schools of thought differ according to their closeness or distance from the truth in the issues based on the correct consideration of the evidence, or if the evidence bears aspects of the correct interpretation, then the disagreement is valid. Permissible and considered.
The Imam of the Two Holy Mosques mentioned claims in which Al-Nakir stressed Imam Abu Hanifa and described him with descriptions that do not befit his position and value as one of the four followed imams. In fact, these are matters worthy of study and editing, while adhering to neutrality in the presentation in order to reach the truth. This research included an introduction and a preface. Six demands, and a conclusion.
Perhaps the desired goal of this research will be achieved in fulfilling the rights of the followed imams, by removing the blame from the eminent imams, while making an effort - with the help of God Almighty - in editing these issues to reach the truth, whether it is with the Imam of the Two Holy Mosques or with Imam Abu Hanifa
