تجميد بويضات الفتاة العذراء وأثره على البكارة ( دراسة فقهية مقارنة ) Freezing The Uterine Eggs Of The Virgin Girl And Its Effect On (comparative jurisprudence study)

نظرًا لما أفرزته التقنيات الحديثة من مستجدات في شتى المجالات وخاصة في مجال الطب ومنها تجميد البويضات، حيث أصبحت من التقنيات التي تلجأ إليها النساء كثيرًا خلال الفترة الأخيرة رغبة من بعضهن فى تأخير الحمل أو تفادياً لمشكلات صحية قد تحدث لهن وتؤثر على قدرتهن على التبويض , لذلك لجأن لإجراء عملية يقمن من خلالها بتجميد بويضاتهن لحفظها واستخدامها في الوقت الذي يشعرن به بأنه  الأنسب للإقدام على خطوة الإنجاب، فأضحت تلك العملية هي الحل الأخير للنساء اللاتي يعانين من أمراض تقف كالعائق بينهن وبين حلم الأمومة, وقد جاء هذا البحث ليبين الحكم الشرعي لقيام الفتاة بهذه العملية, وذلك بعد التعرف علي أسباب إقدام النساء علي تجميد بويضاتهن قبل الزواج, والأضرار المترتبة علي هذه العملية, ومدي ثأثر عذريتهن بذلك وفي حالة ما إذا أصيب غشاء بكارتها بأي خلل فهل يجوز لها رتق الغشاء  أم لا ؟ . 
Due to the developments produced by modern technologies in various fields, especially in the field of medicine, including egg freezing, as it has become one of the techniques that women resort to frequently during the recent period, as some of them desire to delay pregnancy or to avoid health problems that may occur to them and affect their ability to ovulate, so They resorted to an operation through which they freeze their eggs to preserve them and use them at the time they feel that it is most appropriate to take the step of childbearing, so this process has become the last solution for women who suffer from diseases that stand as an obstacle between them and the dream of motherhood, and this research came to show the legal ruling for a girl to do this The process, after identifying the reasons for women’s decision to freeze their eggs before marriage, the damages resulting from this process, and the extent to which their virginity is affected by that.
