زيادة الثقة واثرها في الفقه الإسلامي ( دراسة أصولية ) Increasing Confidence And its Affect In Islamic Fiqh "A study Of The Past".

 مما لا شك فيه أن للسنة مكانة عظيمة بين أدلة التشريع؛ فهي المصدر الثاني بعد القرآن الكريم، وقد هيأ الله تعالى لصيانتها من أي تحريف وتبديل سلف صدق من الصحابة والتابعين ومن بعدهم من أئمة الإسلام فتناولوها بالحفظ والكتابة والنقل، ونقلت عنهم جيلا بعد جيل.
تعد زيادة  الثقة من أهم مسائل  علم أصول الفقه ، وقد كانت وما زالت محل اهتمام العلماء قديما وحديثا ؛ كما أنها تنمي الملكة الحديثية عند طالب علم أصول الفقه .
فهذا البحث يهدف إلى اظهار الصلة الوثيقة بين علم أصول الفقه وعلمي الحديث والفقه وذلك بالوقوف على حكم زيادة الثقة  إذ أنها وسيلة من وسائل حفظ السنة من الاندثار والضياع ومن ثم الوصول إلى حقيقة اختلاف الفقهاء في الكثير من الوقائع والأحكام.
وقد جاء بحثي مغايرا  للدراسات السابقة ؛ حيث تناولت  مباحث لم يتعرض لها وهي حكم الزيادة إذا كانت مخالفة للمزيد عليه، والحكم إذا كان راوي الزيادة واحداً، وراوى النقصان واحداً،والحديث يرويه الثقة بعضهم مرسلا وبعضهم متصلا ، والراوي الثقة يروي الحديث متصلا ومرسلا، وإذا روي الراوي الثقة الزيادة مرة وتركها أخرى.
Undoubtedly, Sunnah has a great place in among the evidences of legislation. It's the second Source after the Holy Quran. Allah the Almighty has dedicated a trustworthy ancestor of Companions and followers to preserve it from any distortion. or replacement. And after them there were I mams of Islam. They had memorized, writter and transcribed it generation.
It also develops the speech talent for the Fiqh origins Student.
This research aims at demonstrating the close Connection between Figh origins study and Figh, Hadith studies.
 It is one of the ways to Keep Sunnah from disappearing It's a way to find out about the real difference between Jurists in many incidents and Yules (judgement).
My research was different from previous studies. Where I dealt with topics that were not exposed to, which is the rule of the addition if it is in violation of more on it, and the ruling if the narrator of the addition is one, and the narrator of the decrease is one, and the hadith is narrated by trust, some of them mursal and some of them connected, and the narrator of trust narrates the hadith connected and mursal, and if the narrator of trust narrated the addition once and left it another.
