يدور بحث معايير الخطبة الفعالة حول مفهوم لفظ معايير، وفعالة. في اللغة والاصطلاح، وتاريخ الخطبة الفعالة في الجاهلية والإسلام، وأهم تلك المعايير في الوقت الراهن. بناء على دراسة وصفية تحليلية على طائفة من مثقفي الكويت.
وتكمن أهمية البحث في إكساب الخطبة الفعالة الدور اللائق بها عبر التركيز على الإيجابيات وتنميتها. وأهمية التواصل مع الجمهور من خلال استبيانات دورية، قائمة على أخذ الآراء والمقترحات التي تشغل حياتهم.
وتدور مشكلة البحث حول الأسئلة الآتية: ما أهمية الخطبة الفعالة في حياة المسلمين اليوم؟ وما مدى التزام الخطباء بها اليوم؟ ورأي المصلين بذلك؟ ما أهم النتائج والتوصيات في استطلاع رأي المصلين؟
ويهدف البحث إلى تحديد المعايير الفعالة في الوقت الحاضر، من خلال استطلاع الرأي للمصلين وتحديد محاوره المهمة.
كذلك الخروج بأهم النتائج والتوصيات والمعايير الفعالة للخطبة من خلال رأي المصلين.
وقد اقتضى البحث استخدام المناهج التالية: المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج الوصفي.
وفي نهاية البحث توصلت إلى بعض النتائج من أهمها : ضبط مفهوم معايير الخطبة الفعالة بأنها: عبارة عن الضوابط والقواعد التي تجعل من خطبة الجمعة خطبة ذات حضور وتأثير في حياة الحضور، كي يتوخاها الخطباء، ولا يحيد عنها العلماء، ويستفيد منها المصلون.
ومن ثم رأينا أن معايير الخطبة الفعالة تختلف فعاليتها من مكان إلى مكان، ومن ثقافة إلى ثقافة، ومن بيئة إلى أخرى، بناء على المستوى الثقافي والتعليمي والمهني.
The research on the criteria for effective sermon revolves around the concept of the term criteria and effective. In language and terminology, and the history of effective sermon in pre-Islamic and Islamic times, and the most important of these criteria at the present time. Based on a descriptive analytical study on a group of Kuwaiti intellectuals.
The importance of the research lies in giving the effective sermon the role it deserves by focusing on the positives and developing them. And the importance of communicating with the public through periodic questionnaires, based on taking opinions and suggestions that occupy their lives.
The research problem revolves around the following questions: What is the importance of effective sermon in the lives of Muslims today? And to what extent do preachers adhere to it today? And what is the opinion of worshipers about that? What are the most important results and recommendations in the worshipers' opinion poll?
The research aims to determine the effective criteria at the present time, through a poll of worshipers and determining its important axes.
As well as coming up with the most important results, recommendations and effective criteria for the sermon through the opinion of worshipers.
The research required the use of the following methods: the inductive method, the analytical method, and the descriptive method.
At the end of the research, I reached some results, the most important of which are: defining the concept of effective sermon criteria as: the controls and rules that make the Friday sermon a sermon with presence and influence in the lives of the attendees, so that preachers seek it, scholars do not deviate from it, and worshipers benefit from it.
Thus, we saw that the effectiveness of the effective sermon criteria varies from place to place, from culture to culture, and from one environment to another, based on the cultural, educational and professional level.
